Chapala Energy Consulting functions as a Home Performance (with Energy Star) Contractor. Building audits are performed as an integrated whole, identifying, and prioritizing energy "problems". Chapala Cnergy Consulting is trained and equipped to find and fix these "problems" at the source WITHOUT PARALYZING BUDGETS. We use a scientific approach.
As a certified (Energy Star and RESNET) H.E.R.S. rater Chapala Energy Consulting analyzes and rates new homes for buyers (Energy Star & Energy Efficient Mortgages) and for builders (tax credits) from the planning stage to final completion and beyond.
A builder's advantage is that Chapala Energy Consulting is able to verify construction for both the LEED for Homes program and the NAHB Green Buildings program.
In Manufacturing, Chapala Energy Consulting is an experienced part of Illinois' Manufacturing Energy Efficiency Program (MEEP) and is able to profile Process Energy and Shell energy for rate choices and increased productivity. |

Chapala Energy Consulting evaluates prospective client's objectives and compatibility. We base a client relationship on continued consensus. This approach begins with an analysis of data and implementing a first-step, most effective solution. We then repeat the process by seeing the actual effect of the initial solution. This process is repeated until cost productivity is maximized.
Our work is confidential, objective, and performed to the best of our ability. We accept only work for which we are capable. We respect the Client's intellectual property rights and will not use proprietary information. Our work is done with clear and mutual understanding of objectives and cost.
