Chapala Energy Consulting is trained and equipped to find and fix these "problems" at the source WITHOUT PARALYZING BUDGETS. We use a scientific approach.
As a certified (Energy Star and RESNET) H.E.R.S. rater Chapala Energy Consulting analyzes and rates new homes for buyers (Energy Star & Energy Efficient Mortgages) and for builders (tax credits) from the planning stage to final completion and beyond.
A builder's advantage is that Chapala Energy Consulting is able to plan and verify construction for both the LEED for Homes program, the NAHB Green Buildings program, and the IECC (in Illinois) program.
